The NCMG College
The NCMG College is a specialist Training and Research Institute exclusively devoted to Negotiation, Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management. In 2008, after almost two decades of promoting ADR, the Board of Governors of NCMG, in response to the demands for training in Negotiation, Mediation and ADR as a whole, created The NCMG College to further encourage and develop awareness and standards in Negotiation, Dispute Resolution and Diplomacy. Our vision is to grow an expanding group of people who manage their conflicts responsibly in their businesses, at home and different levels of our community to build a better society.
