| Established in 1996, Negotiation & Conflict Management Group (NCMG) is a membership based organization, which specializes in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Over the years, NCMG has acquired leadership status, in the planning, design, implementation of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) projects in Africa. Since its formation, the NCMG has embarked on several projects with focus on establishing, replicating and developing dispute management institutions anchored on Alternative Dispute Resolution. In June 2002, through a systemic process of consultation involving local Communities, the Judiciary, Bar, and Corporate Organizations, the NCMG established The Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (the first court-connected ADR Centre in Africa), followed by its subsequent replication by the judiciary of the Federal Capital Territory,
Abuja and many other states.
