Advocacy
In reaching out with our message, we use a multi-facetted approach that delves into different aspects of society towards achieving our objectives:
- Advocating for increased avenues to dispute resolution in the judiciary, legal practice, corporate organisations and Government by encouraging the development of tailored dispute resolution mechanisms in each identified sector
- Seeking to Institutionalize ADR by getting commercial organisations to adopt ADR clauses as standard in contracts, school curriculums to include ADR, and Governments to make policies that support a culture of amicable dispute resolution
- Developing a body of knowledge on dispute resolution by promoting and conducting research towards creating a viable resource pool
- Building a dynamic membership group of people who are our advocates on different levels of society
- Collaborating and networking with relevant organisations to advocate leading edge thinking on ADR Practice
